Altek Electronics is a family owned and operated business located in Torrington, in the heart of Northwest Connecticut. We are an Electronics Contract Manufacturer that designs, assembles and tests Circuit Board Assemblies. Our talent pool of 160 employees encompasses a wide range of career opportunities. Our administrative functions include Purchasing, Information Technology, Estimating, Marketing, Document Control and Compliance. Altek’s Engineering staff consists of Electrical, Manufacturing and Test engineers. While today’s production floor is highly automated, we still have a wide range of front-line positions including Kitting, Soldering and Mechanical Assembly as well as many positions available in machine operations.
