Kicking off Manufacturing Month on October 4th!
This year’s 8th Manufacturing Mania event offers middle school students the chance to learn about career opportunities offered in today’s advanced manufacturing and engineering industries. Kicking off Manufacturing Month in the state, this year’s program will include exhibits and displays from Connecticut manufacturers, a first-hand look at Goodwin’s Advanced Manufacturing Center, innovative demonstrations, hands-on activities, competitions, giveaways, and guest speakers. This year’s annual event will be held on National Manufacturing Day, October 4th, 2019 at the Goodwin College Business & Manufacturing Center.
Connecticut. Dream It. Do It. Manufacturing Mania is a unique, by-invitation event, giving hundreds of middle school students an opportunity to learn more about today’s high-tech manufacturing and engineering industries and make manufacturing their future.
