Million Women Mentors (MWM) Connecticut Chapter convenes partnerships with local youth-serving organizations, academic institutions and corporations committed to supporting women and girls to pursue and persist in STEM by establishing mentoring opportunities.

MWM is an initiative of STEMConnector, a collaboration of over 85 national partners, 60 corporate sponsors and teams in 44 states, all working toward the goal of growing and deepening our network of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) mentoring relationships to girls and women.

Workshops for Educators

In support of January Mentoring Month, Million Women Mentors-CT & The Connecticut Afterschool Alliance hosted this Virtual Coffee event about STEM Pathways. Learn about statewide programs designed to expose and raise awareness of career paths and futures in STEM among students. Panel discussion moderated by Carolyn Alessi, Chair, MWM CT.
