Bio
Eileen Bartley is the Chief Project Engineer within Collins Environmental & Airframe Control Systems Business. In her current role she leads team to perform root cause investigations, supports customer issues and mentors engineers who are early in their careers. Eileen has had the opportunity to be involved in the design & development of wind turbines, jet engines, cell phones, fuel cell powered busses and frequency hopping radios. Eileen has four US Patents, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Business. She is on the Board of Directors for Girl’s Inc. in support of STEM for underserved communities.

Jenny is a Senior Project Manager for Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer & International segment currently supporting ESPN’s Fantasy App and Web portfolio. Jenny is on Disney’s Women + Tech leadership team and previously served on the ESPN+ launch team. She has an MBA and Advanced Business Certificates in both Human Resource Management and Project Management from the University of Connecticut. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cumberland University.

device and consumer product industries. Megan holds a B.S. in Biological
Anthropology and Anatomy from Duke University, and her MBA from the UNC-Chapel Hill

Carolyn is passionate about keeping clients ahead of the cyber threat, building resilience through people, process and technology

Bio

Carolyn Schreiber is serving as a trusted advisor to clients, responsible for Security, Compliance and Risk initiatives starting with strategy and spanning across design and delivery. Carolyn has over 30 years of progressive consulting and executive level experience. She previously served as the Global CISO at grocery retailer Ahold Delhaize, headquartered in Europe. Prior to the CISO role, she held many technical and business roles at IBM within Security Services as well as in IT Development and Operations. As a Global CISO, she focused on leading the Cyber Security Program, including identity and access management, security compliance, prevention, detection and response. Carolyn is a recognized leader in advising companies on managing their cyber risk and becoming more resilient, with an expertise in data protection. She remains active in the Security Community, speaking at local CISO Conferences in the New York metro area and mentoring the next generation. She has held a director position for a local non-profit in her hometown for several years and currently serves as a Trusted Advisor and Technical Liaison for the Newtown (CT) School District Security Committee.

Chris Wetzel is a Manufacturing Technology Manager at 3M Company with 23 years of experience in the areas of Environmental, Health & Safety and biopharmaceutical filtration manufacturing. On a daily basis, Chris works with 3M manufacturing plants around the world to share best-in-class manufacturing processes and mentor engineers on manufacturing technologies which improve manufacturing cost and efficiencies, employee safety and the environment.
