Eileen Bartley is the Chief Project Engineer within Collins Environmental & Airframe Control Systems Business. In her current role she leads team to perform root cause investigations, supports customer issues and mentors engineers who are early in their careers. Eileen has had the opportunity to be involved in the design & development of wind turbines, jet engines, cell phones, fuel cell powered busses and frequency hopping radios. Eileen has four US Patents, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Business. She is on the Board of Directors for Girl’s Inc. in support of STEM for underserved communities.

Carolyn Schreiber is serving as a trusted advisor to clients, responsible for Security, Compliance and Risk initiatives starting with strategy and spanning across design and delivery. Carolyn has over 30 years of progressive consulting and executive level experience. She previously served as the Global CISO at grocery retailer Ahold Delhaize, headquartered in Europe. Prior to the CISO role, she held many technical and business roles at IBM within Security Services as well as in IT Development and Operations. As a Global CISO, she focused on leading the Cyber Security Program, including identity and access management, security compliance, prevention, detection and response. Carolyn is a recognized leader in advising companies on managing their cyber risk and becoming more resilient, with an expertise in data protection. She remains active in the Security Community, speaking at local CISO Conferences in the New York metro area and mentoring the next generation. She has held a director position for a local non-profit in her hometown for several years and currently serves as a Trusted Advisor and Technical Liaison for the Newtown (CT) School District Security Committee.
